DISCIPLINE - Doing what needs to be done even when you don't want to

It's been said that it takes 21 days to create a habit, and 3 days to break one

Even if it seems impossible, go ahead and do it.... After those first 3 weeks it gets easier, cause you go on auto-mode. Unfortunately most people stop before time and never get to experience those results
